RIBS:

  • four pounds (2 kg) babe back pork ribs
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion pulverisation
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cracked blackness pepper
  • 1/ii teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili or Cayenne powder (optional)
  • two tablespoons olive oil

SAUCE:

  • 2 cups (500ml) barbecue sauce
  • iii tablespoons minced garlic
  • two tablespoons olive oil
  • ane tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
